Note from Sebastian: "Here are some pictures from Tokyo: since the city is so huge and traffic lights everywhere, the only place to run without stopping all the time is the emperors palace. Once around is approx. 5K and I´ve been running that same loop for thepast 8 months... good training for the brain, too..."

I used to live in Kamakura and was able to run along the beach. However, even in this small town it was difficult to find running spots.
